Dated property

This is a nice spacious property that easily accommodates 4 people. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. which meant we didn't have to use the dishwasher much. The appliances were old but they worked well enough. Communications and assistance from the management team was excellent. However the place shows it's age and describing it as luxury overstates matters, but that's advertising for you.Where the property really falls down is the pool area. The pool itself is large enough but there was sometimes a shortage of sunbeds, not helped by the fact that about a quarter of them were reserved before 9am. Some of the parasols were torn and worn out, although some have been replaced. So why not replace them all? The sunbeds themselves were old, a bit worn out and some were broken. The tiling around the pool is uneven and weeds are coming through the gaps all over the place. Not things that I'd expect the people who rent the place to fix because they presumably don't own the complex. It doesn't say luxury to.me.

Nice quiet location

The property was nice and quiet. Walking distance to old town and area was fine. Very conveniently located by grocery store. Easy to find and access. Beds were a little uncomfortable and linens were a bit scratchy. Smaller bedroom would be nice accommodation for children or smaller adults.

great location.......

We have been coming to Lagos for more than 40yrs.This apt. is in a great location,quiet good beds and great shower(once my husband mended it) It"s not what I would call "luxury" it"s lacking some tlc.Both bedrooms would benefit from blackout blinds or curtains.The shower head in the twin bedded room was broken,we managed to fix it,otherwise no shower.Directions to the billet not very clear.Kitchen clock needs a new battery.Tiles in bathroom need re-grouting and rusty shaving mirror replaced.We could NEVER get the TV to work,reported it to the cleaning ladies said Jo would get in touch.never heard a word.Had a good holiday this place could be Luxury but not quite there.

Good apartment

Good sized and well equipped apartment. Good location near the Marina and a 10 to 15 minute walk into the town where the majority of eating places were. Supermarket was across the road from the apartment complex and had everything you need. Had a couple of minor issues which were sorted really quickly when contacting the rep. The only downside was the TV was a bit hit and miss but doesn't detract from what is a good apartment.

Schöner Urlaub in guter Lage

Die Wohnung war schön und es war alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird. Die Terrasse ist groß mit Poolblick und seitlichem Blick auf den Hafen. Sie hat einen großen Tisch mit 4 StĂŒhlen und 2 Liegen. Hervorragend ist die Lage nah am Hafen mit Restaurants und schönen Bars, mit nur 2 minuten Fussweg zum Supermarkt und StrandnĂ€he. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr gute Betreuung durch Jo, die jederzeit erreichbar und zuverlĂ€ssig war. Wir kommen seit mittlerweile 38 Jahren nach Lagos und dieser Urlaub war einer der guten Art. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Beautiful property, in the heart of the marina

Beautiful apartment with everything you might need for your stay. Check in was easy and Julie was great to communicate with. There is a lovely view from the property and it is a short walk to the marina. About 15 minute walk to the old town and Meia Praia beach in opposite directions. Advert states first floor apartment accessible by lift or stairs. However, there are steps up to the lift / stairs which we weren’t expecting (we had a double buggy). Also there is a two story drop from the balcony. Otherwise, apartment was perfect. Thank you!

Lovely apartment

This was a great apartment with everything we needed. Communication with property manager was straightforward, with no problems at all. We loved all the amenities and the location was perfect - a leisurely 15-20 minute stroll into the town centre. All in all a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed an excellent holiday in this apartment, is ideally situated for the Marina Town Beach and Railway station if you want to arrive or depart by train. Julie & Jo were first class hosts and dealt with any queries that we had. So good we have rebooked for next year.

Amazing apartment

We had the most amazing holiday at this apartment. The apartment is spacious, clean and has all the information you need. The balcony and pool were our highlight! Julie was very quick to respond to any questions we had and the advice was very useful. We loved the location - Lagos is beautiful, feels safe and has some wonderful restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to couples, groups of friends and families.

Pleasant apartment at the Marina.

We spent five weeks at this bright and comfortable apartment at the Marina area. The location was ideal for us and quiet with no road noise. Communication with the team was always pleasant and they were always helpful with any requests. Cleaning was weekly and the place was spotless. Beds are often an individual preference but my wife in particular did not find the mattress gave enough support. This would really be our only complaint. There was a pleasant balcony and open patio doors gave a sense of brightness and space. The kitchen was functional and we cooked a lot in the apartment. Space heaters were provided and we used them a couple of times at night early in our visit. Parking was convenient and as I said the location was ideal everything was accessible by walking . We would happily stay again and deal with helpful team.

Very good property

This property is in an excellent location on the Marina and only a few minutes walk from the supermarket. There are good restaurants within a few minutes walking distance and the town itself is only approx. 10 to 15 minutes walk The property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. We had some very minor issues which was promptly dealt with by a lovely lady called Jo. The swimming pool area and gardens were also well maintained. All in all we had an enjoyable stay.
