Amazing House

My family absolutely loved this beautiful house. The yard and the view were gorgeous. We spent so much of our time outside enjoying it. The house felt comfortable and homey and we did not want to leave. The house is convenient to Disney, the beach, and many other tourist attractions, but the house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The host checked on us via email several times to make sure all was well. I highly recommend staying here. My family has already asked when we can return.

Spacious house, clean and have a great location, perfect for our holiday stay, the only missing is the Christmas decorations, somehow for the sake of Christmas spirit..we felt like dull/boring.. Every year we celebrate our Christmas in different places, in a rental house/cabin , ,spectacular when it comes to Christmas decorations...this house is zero comparison.😬😬😬😬

We rented the house for a couple of days with some business colleagues as we had a business meeting nearby. Ross did an excellent job communicating the details for the house. There was a comprehensive notebook at the house that contained the appropriate instructions. The house was roomy and clean and was just as described. We will definitely try to book this house again when we have another meeting down that way in the spring.

It’s a good house if you only want to sleep there. There are no comfortable chairs inside or outside

I wanted a retreat after a long day out at work or beach, but there are two very uncomfortable couches and no chairs in the living room. No tv in any bedroom and only card table chairs outside. Plus, the LAGUNA VIEW is great if you want to look in the window of the neighbor. Actually there is one spot in the yard that might have been great to see stars and lights on a far hill; but the ground was gravel and , again, nothing to sit on.

Weekend getaway

Dana and Ross were very accommodating even at the last minute when my mom informed me that my grandparents will be staying with us. The house was clean and everything we needed was available except we couldn’t find pillow cases for the pillows in the closet. Instructions about the house were provided in a booklet and very clear, easy, and to the point. The living room is very open which was great for the kids. You can hear everything that goes on in the house when you’re in the room. Scared our dad a couple of times when we would break out in laughter. I would book here again.

This house is perfect as a 'home base.' It fit our needs; we basically used the house for sleeping, showering & changing clothes. The host/mgmt group/owner were excellent communicators. I commend Ross for keeping us abreast of everything we needed to know.

The house was exactly as advertised. Very nice and clean and close to everything. Lots of space to spread out. Owner was also very responsive to our needs. This was my first rental and I thought there would be soap and shampoo, so remember to bring your own.

Great place for family gathering!

We had an excellent experience during the 3 days we stayed at this property. We loved the open concept for the kitchen, dining, and living rooms and found it perfect for our group size that varied between 4-9 people. The square dining table made conversation and playing games easy and comfortable. We loved the kitchen, gardens (hummingbirds!), location, and the pretty views. When we needed something, Ross was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay there again when back in the area. Recommended!
