We left early because there was no hot water or air conditioning and the staff had no idea when it would be fixed. The room was fine and clean but the facility is very dated and just not worth the high price. The reviews on Hotels.com were not reflective of the room we stayed in - they lumped all of the reviews into one so we had no idea what to expect from our room which was on a lower floor and did not have the views highlighted in many of the other reviews. The hotel gave us a refund for the power issues but the whole outage was not handled very well and was very disappointing. We appreciated Hotels.com helping us through this frustrating situation.

Kitchen was fully equipped and the beach was close by and beautiful view but some of the other rooms were much better for view. Staff was friendly and very nice and helpful

The views are amazing! We saw turtles and whales from the balcony daily - don’t forget to bring binoculars! The staff was friendly and the beach chairs were so thoughtful to leave for guests! We will definitely be coming back!

The room was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing for which they got 4 star is that there is no housekeeping in between the stay. Our stay was 7 days long and they should at least provide one housekeeping service every 3 days.

Loved everything about our stay. Very clean, quiet and safe. Everyone at the front desk were perfect. Would definitely recommend staying here. No beach out front (from erosion), but accessible beach next door.

Our second time staying at Royal Kahana. Great location and gorgeous views. Parking is easy. Lovely pool area and the grills are always very clean. Also really enjoyed the food truck located by the pool.
