There were barking dogs and crowing chickens but that’s all over the island we had a great time here and would stay here again the pool hot tub bbq grills were a plus loved having a washer/dryer and kitchenette

Air conditioner worked great. Pool and hot tub worked great. Grounds were well maintained and clean. Room needed a little of attention as far as cleaning. Mattress was not very good. We would definitely do again but plan on having to do a little cleaning when we arrive.

Be aware! The property was well maintained, the rooms were nice and clean and a good value and pool was very nice (with a bonus for the hot tub on cool rainy days). However, the frequent and lengthy howling outbursts of the many dogs (maybe 10-12?) in cages/kennels directly adjacent to the property, made sleeping very challenging. Animal control should be called on the owners. They were kept outside at all times even during the Kona storm that lasted for days and was a critical emergency situation with flash flooding. We will not stay here again unless we know that the dog situation next door has changed.

Room, staff, property was acceptable for the price and its great location. One major issue. There’s a house that is next to the parking lot which has several dogs locked in a cage that bark and howl non stop day and night. It’s super annoying and definitely played a role in our ability to relax by the pool and our balcony. We finally spoke up after several days and we were moved to a different property which was amazing.

Hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. Parking was easy. The room itself was good for our family of four. I just wished it would of been cleaner. Dust everywhere. When we pulled out our mattress from the wall there was a gap and it was covered in dust. But over all the concept is nice. The kitchen with a full fridge, and microwave was ideal. The washer and dryer super convenient. Over all it was a good stay.

Just about everything we needed was there. The in-room washer/ dryer was a bonus. Room for 4 with 2 full baths. Nice size room with fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The was also private parking which is a bonus in Kapalua. Would definitely stay there again.
