Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please wash any dishes used, including the coffee pot and dog bowls. Our cleaners don’t handle dishes, and unwashed items may lead to an added fee. Thanks for helping us keep things tidy!
Please make sure to lock all sliders and doors on each level and every entry access point and turn off the tv's and lights.
Please take trash to the front bins: Blue = Recycling, Black = all other Trash, Yellow = Food waste (summer only to avoid animals). Thanks for helping us keep the home clean!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Per SB County rules, parking must be in the driveway to avoid fines. The driveway fits three cars. Feel free to reach out in advance.
Please keep noise to a minimum between 9pm–8am. Sound travels easily in the mountains, and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.
No smoking indoors. If smoking outside, fully extinguish and dispose of all items properly—fire risk is high in the forest. No pets on any furniture.

Great cabin for a family trip!

Our family had a great time at this property and would love to rent again in the future. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had about the area.
