The room AC was not working at first but manager fixed it within a 1 hour. The elevator has mechanical issues. The breakfast need more choices.

Staff was really rude and even after I arrived early at 2:45pm for 3pm check in, I still had to wait for my room until after 4pm because it wasn’t clean yet. Once we got in our room it smelled really bad and my wife ended cleaning the room herself and spraying something to snarl good. The rest of the time the front desk lady just kept staring at my daughter because she complained.

We had to wait 5-10 minutes for the lady to come back down to the front desk to check in. Then she couldn’t get the cc machine to work so she just checked us in at 9:30 p.m. Then proceeded to call our room at midnight to have us come back down and pay the incidental fee. Didn’t call just once. When we didn’t answer the first time, BECAUSE WERE ASLEEP!, she called back a second time. Then after a terrible night of sleep, I get up to shower and the only options I have for water temperature are ice cold or absolutely scalding hot! Call down tot he front desk and they just say sorry. I just work the front desk. NEVER AGAIN!! And my daughter just transferred to McNeese for college to play volleyball. So we will be here often. We will NEVER stay here again.
