The adult pool was closed early on the same day that the swim around pool was drained and had construction on a Friday. This was the whole po t of the trip. To enjoy the adult pool and the swim around pool. This was awful that they did this especially on the start of a weekend.

It was Ok, but for what they call luxury room..the phone and the alarm clock had no power. The mirror in the bathroom had exposed wires.the room was clean but there was some thick dust showing on top of one of the cabinets..the pillows are very hard and not comfortable at all.

The elevators are really dirty. The doors are terrible on the inside. The hotel is beginning to show its age. My bed had huge body dents in it. Probably an original mattress! Nobody answered the guest services phone. We were trying to find a way to get an extra blanket and there was not a housekeeping button on the phone to push, so we had to go down to check in desk and find out how to get a blanket to the room! They had to contact housekeeping.

From the time I checked in it was a disappointment. The staff had zero personality and sounded like a robot while telling us when we arrived on time and our room was not ready and they didn't know how long it would be and we would receive a text when it was done. 45mins later still no clean room, the bar was closed next to the registration which might have been a game changer. My husband ended up going to the desk and requested another room as we were tired from the drive. They looked into it and gave us a downgraded king bed but I am sure I was changed for the luxury! While entering the elevators the doors on the inside were dirty as if someone threw a drink on it, gross! The room was average and seemed clean. We went for a tour of the facility and was not told that the lazy river was drained and being maintained at this time and that some of the restaurants and stores were closed on Wed and Thurs :( After we relaxed in the room we ended up going to the casino, my husband just sat down at a slot machine and the waitress came by and asked for a drink order and she said she doesn't serve people who are not playing??? It was not a great visit and I don't think I will be going back to that place. Just disappointed!
