The bedroom sheets had stains, and the water in the pool was murky, making it unsafe to enter. The check-in staff were rude and argumentative with me. We waited an hour for our baggage, and no one seemed to take the time to assist me in this matter. The excuse I received was I just clocked in, ma'am. Wow!

We got there and get in line to check in, was told they're running behind for the room ti get ready, said he would text me when its ready, after an hour got back in line to see if it's ready coz my husband and I drove almost 6hours and really tired, lady told me same thing not ready, so i said maybe by 4pm is ready? She said well technically it could be til 9pm, i said what? That bad? She said yes! Omg, i was charged resort fee too that i shouldn't have too coz by that time it's close anyways. After 3 hours and 30minutes finally got the text from them. Overall checking in, is horrible! First-time i experienced it from casinos resort, i always have good experience from golden nuggets just thought i try this place but never again.

This trip began as an inconvenience. When we arrived at the property the check-in system was down, causing us to wait in line for over two hours only to get to the counter and be offered a $25 comp. Are you kidding... that's the best you can do.
