the property appeared to ge safe and clean, hotel was across from a shopping mall and 3-10 minutes to the casino, We have stayed there years pass, but I guess like everything else time passes and people abuse . other people’s property, mattresses were hard, pillows were not hotels best, soap dish in bathroom was broken and apparently they tried to glue it back on, but the room was cleaned very well, I guess when you spending that kind of money to stay at these hotels you expect better

Our June 2025 Stay

Upon my arrival at the hotel to check-in on Wednesday 6/18 in the afternoon, there was no one at the front desk. The clerk was found outside smoking and playing on her phone and never even looked up at people coming and going. I had to ask to be checked in. The next morning, we went down for breakfast and the attendant for that day was too busy visiting with the front desk clerk to notice that many food items had runout and needed to be refilled. It seemed to be quite an inconvenience for her. On another trip in the afternoon, the front desk clerk was once again outside smoking and on her phone not even acknowledging guests coming and going. We utilized the exercise room and the tv did not work and it was very hot in there. Everything else was ok and as expected. The other staff members were very good and professional.

The stay was good but I checked out on Friday the 20th and at 10:45 that night Im awakened by a phone call from someone who was working the front desk asking me when did I check out? Now im still half asleep Im like what are you talking about I did the online check out oh ok then sorry to have bothered you. Really you woke me up out a sleep for that so not cool!

Check in staff friendly. But check out staff very unfriendly. Had peeling paint in window sill, rust on door knobs in room, had mold and mildew, calcium build up in bathroom. No hand soap and no body wash in bathroom. Kleenex box was empty. This property needs a major overhaul. This was just a 1 night stay and I won’t stay again.
