An excellent stay couldn't ask for anything any better Scott was awesome. Just being around here made my day less stressful he is evenly paced and takes care of his customers on the scale that I've never seen at a motel before

The place was absolutely filthy. There was unidentified substance all over the floor. Thr hvac unit was disgustingly dirty. Roaches and other bugs were killed. Mold all under the bed with ancient food wrappers.

The property was very pet friendly. Air and heat both worked well. Staff were wonderful. The room was remodeled with wood floors and stand up shower. We both slept very well. No highway noise in room. A couple of restaurants within walking distance. Our dog is 120 lbs. Plenty of room for a nice walk.

When booking my reservation, I choose a king size bed non smoking. When arriving the room I got was 2 queens non smoking. The only king available was Smoking. They wouldn’t do anything to accommodate me. They stated they received booking with 2 Queens. Not very happy with the experience

Our new stay destination when visiting Lake City or Live Oak. The new owners have high standards for cleanliness and the staff is very attentive. Just remember to program the IHOP next door in the GPS as Google Maps doesn't recognize the little road that leads in from the highway. Mr Scott was very helpful with everything. We shall return.
