Frisco Stay

The property was exactly as pictured on VRBO. The check-in process was easy and the place smelled great when we walked in. This place is a perfect little spot with a very clean, cozy yard.

Living Tiny

The owners have definitely put every thought into this tiny cottage. It had all of our living necessities into a small space but still felt like there was plenty of room. It is also a dog owners dream. We loved the privacy fence that enclosed the entire property with the mesh screen for them to freely go in and out. The place was easy to find, easy to access, very cute and clean. We will stay there again if we are in Dallas area again. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Met our needs well

Just as cute and clean as represented! Needed a small, safe, affordable location to go back/forth between the big family gathering home.Really nice to have a little fenced yard for our dogs to play in while we enjoyed patio time. Only items that were a little confusing: key pad. If dark at check in, even with porch light on, didn't know we needed to touch the lower left corner to light up the pad without it registering a number, so when we entered our code, it had register whatever number was at the spot we'd touched to light up the screen. So...it wouldn't open. Erika & Ron were great when we called to get help, and answered right away to get us in. The sound bar/speaker. If you accidentally have the projector on mute, it appears to override the sound bar, so you turn the speaker up and still can't hear it.Easy fix, so just an FYI for the next folks. It was a really nice experience overall! Would recommend! Thanks! Melissa, Woody, & Puppy Dogs : ) home with for the holiday. .

Private retreat - cozy clean cottage !

Easy check in.This is a private cute well cared for retreat! Everything was great- even better than the photos! Plenty of room as smartly set up , well organized furniture which was multifunctional. Enjoyed the projector T.V. and bed was very comfortable . It is a private , cute and romantic cottage. Everything was very clean modern with a really cozy feel. The hosts were very quick to respond when I reached out. Will definitely return and refer friends.

Pet friendly charming cottage with private yard - a haven.

This charming cottage is just as depicted in the website photos - Everything was very clean with nice amenities, comfortable and relaxing. One has all the privacy needed with the wooden fenced-in yard, a comfortable patio with plenty of trees all around. Awaking to a rooster crowing the first morning was a pleasant surprise - delightful! I felt very safe here traveling alone with my two small pups. The hosts are delightful and work to make your stay as easy and relaxing as possible. Definitely recommend this charming cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Property was clean, quiet, and SO CUTE! The listing is spot on what you will get. Every space was utilized so cleverly in this small studio. I felt safe in the neighborhood, which was important for me as a female. Would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Great stay. Really cute cottage

The cottage was just as pictured and super cute. The owners did a great job providing for my every need. They used very creative ideas to utilize all possible space for storage and furniture. Patio area was very nice and weather was perfect to sit out for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine after dinner. I would recommend for a single guest or a couple.

Pleasant stay but crowded for more than 2 guests

The cottage was very clean when we arrived. Snacks were available as well as bottle of Moscato /Peach wine. The host was very promot to answer all our questions. The cottage was small and would be well suited to a party of one or no more than 2. We had 2 dogs which made freedom of movement difficult. The lack of a sink in the bathroom was inconvenient but the bathroom was quite adequate.

Picture Perfect

I can’t say enough about this little gem of a cottage. It is perfect! You have everything you need wonderfully tucked away throughout the cottage making it easy living. Very smartly done and absolutely charming. The cottage is quite and privately situated next to a lake. The owner has taken great care to have all the necessities ready for you.
