I really like this hotel — it’s clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. However, customer service needs improvement. I called the front desk several times for help, but no one ever answered. When I went downstairs, there were no employees at the desk, and other guests were also waiting for assistance. Eventually, a housekeeping staff member had to find someone to help. Despite this issue, I’ll be staying here again on October 26–28 because I genuinely like the hotel and believe it has great potential. I hope to see better front desk service during my next visit, as this could easily become one of the best stays in the area.

This property is extremely exclusive and safe. It is also clean and professional. The staff is very kind and professional. They treat all patrons equally kind. There is no sign of unfair treatment. Also the entire staff is professional and extends high customer service. The property is clean, well kept and maintained. Also, everything is modern and the amenities are high end and convenient. Because of this property, we keep coming back again and again.

Great staff - particularly on check-in. The internet was out the whole stay (a tech issue) so there should have been some kind of credit for that but otherwise wonderful stay and room.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I cant even belong that it has so many positive reviews and to be honest, I only stayed here because of how many positive reviews the hotel has. I was denied clean sheets, the room was dirty, the shower had no cold water only burning hot water. Very very inconvenient and dirty. The lobby representative was extremely rude, and even hang up the phone on me when I requested clean sheets. Never in my life I want to know about this line of hotels.

Budget clean choice

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Shampoo and conditioner on the wall. No body wash. Bar soap available. Bathroom is little clammed in. AC was loud and cold when it runs. I had turned off at night. Somewhat loud until 10 pm n early morning with early check out guests n vacuum hallway at 8:30am. overall it was good.
