Great location, everything you need.

Communication was great, everything felt very easy. House is very clean and well appointed. Everything you need for a rental stay. All four bedrooms were comfortable with nice linens. Close to down town Lake Geneva where we spent a lot of time exploring all the shops and a few restaurants. The igloo on the deck was such a nice perk. We started the heated and sat out there for coffee in the morning.

Wonderful Lake Geneva house!

Nicely updated LG house near downtown was perfect for our friends getaway. Very clean and comfortable home with a great backyard patio perfect for gathering. House had everything we needed and wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Nicole was a delight to work with.

Lake Geneva Girls Trip

House was beautiful and clean, more than enough room for everyone in our group to stay and sleep! Had an issue with the key code to get in and Nicole was quick to respond and it got figured out quickly! Neighborhood is quiet and a short drive/uber to downtown!

Family/Girls’ Get-a-way

Check-in info was sent well in advance, which helped organize some things. The host was available when we had questions and got back to us quickly. She even reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a great touch! The house was extremely clean, very well stocked, and had a visitors book with suggestions for things to do around the area. The rooms were well organized and decorated and had plenty of room for all of us to have privacy, when needed. The house was centrally located for all of our shopping needs. We will definitely keep this place in mind next time we visit the area.

Great place for Lake Geneva stay

My wife and I and a few other couples stayed here for a wedding we attended downtown. Communication with the owner was great. The place was spotless. Not sure who the cleaning crew is but they did an incredible job of preparing it for us. Great outdoor space with private deck. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

College Roommate Reunion

We are three former college roommates who rented this house for a few days for a reunion. The house was great - very clean and in wonderful shape. It is well outfitted with linens and kitchen items. The outdoor area is super cute and comfortable, including an area for eating outside. Good WiFi. Check in was very easy. We got great info ahead of time and a follow-up text once we were there to see if we had any questions. We also got a text at the end of our stay with the check out time and (very reasonable) expectations prior to leaving. Nicole was great. The location is good for downtown Lake Geneva - less than 5 minute drive or about a 20 minute walk. There are many conveniences nearby (gas, Starbucks, Aldi, food, Walmart, Home Depot). Highly recommend!

Great location

Location is ideal — less than a mile walk from downtown Lake Geneva. We loved the 4 bedrooms, all with comfortable linens. Kitchen was well equipped and the owner was helpful and responsive. The place is newly renovated but we did notice that the floors were soft and noise carried easily into the bedrooms (lots of house settling sounds in the basement rooms). But overall, a great spot and just a short drive to Grand Geneva spa

Cozy and elegant

The Lyons Den is a perfect retreat with a great location. The home is very clean, the kitchen is well stocked and the decor is elegant with a cozy feel. We loved the little extras, upon our arrival there were water bottles in the fridge and a snores kit, coffee pods and creamers. Nicole was quick to respond to my questions and was flexible with checkin and checkout times. We highly recommend the Lyons Den!

Place is amazing!

For starters, the place is newly remodeled and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of space, beds very comfy, fabulous shower, and great TV’s. The Host went above and beyond with so many details and amenities and even checked in to be sure we had what we needed! I must mention this amazing igloo on the property. What a fabulous treat to sit in a heated igloo, roasting marshmallows with snow falling. This whole place is not just another rental, it is an amazing experience! Thank you so much!

Great house close to everything

The property was great, host was responsive, check in was easy. The house was clean and well stocked with the basics. Kids especially loved the igloo in the backyard. The location is close to downtown Lake Geneva and the lake itself. Definitely recommend and hopefully will be back!

Adorable!

Place couldn't be any cuter!...and very clean! Nicole was so easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Beds were so comfortable and outside heated dome was a highlight for us at night. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our group!

The home worked very well for our group ranging from ages 39-74. The location was perfect as we spent most of our time in downtown Lake Geneva. We enjoyed spending time out and about during the day and watching movies in the evening. It was a great space for a relaxing ladies weekend!

Needs a little improvement

There were several things that I feel need to be addressed No light at back door, top half of window in bathroom above the tub/shower had clear glass with no curtain, no place to sit in master bedroom, front door allowed clear view into the house at night when lights were on, no place to hang wet jackets when coming into house (rained 3 days), access door auto locks when closed
