All parts of our unplanned stay were great, except that the diverter on the shower didn’t work well, so that the pressure from the shower head was poor and about half of the water that should have been coming from the shower was pouring out of the faucet into the tub, partially filling the tub with water during my shower.

Room was very nice, the staff was polite. The only issue i had was the tv channel guide not available execpt on the tv. it was very cumbersome to use, a physical guide placed in the room would have been much easier to navigate. Excellent stay other than that.

While it was relatively clean, everything in the room had stains. Walls, ceiling, blankets, sheets, pillows, box spring cover, all of it. Paint chipping and peeling in various places on the walls. As for the staff, the desk worker Nikita was GREAT, but aside from that very good. Specifically the breakfast staff was fairly rude and not helpful.
