I think the beds should be more comfortable, because the mattress sink in I had to sleep on the floor. The cleaning could improve there were weird stain on the sofa and picture frame on top of the sofa.

Great experience. Staff was so nice and friendly, rooms were clean and exactly what we asked for. Large rooms, comfy beds, restaurants were good, waterpark was fun! We had a great time! Absolutely no complaints

Really, the hotel and the indoor water park should get seperate reviews. The water park was heaven. Fun for the kids and fun for the adults. Every aspect of the Waterpark was perfect. But the hotel... It needs an upgrade. The wallpaper is old and peeling, the carpet is old and in addition to its stains, it gives it a stale stench. The mattresses are mostly U-shaped due to excessive use. Everything in the room just feels old, outdated and smelly. I didn't dare put my bare feet on the carpet. But back to the Waterpark, it was thrilling and exciting. P.S. as a family oriented hotel, I'd expect them to have benches or picnic tables scattered around the hotel property. But it ain't so. You leave the room to go for a walk, and there's nowhere to sit near or around the hotel.

Overall a fun stay

The room was clean and staff was very friendly. The waterpark was great for kids, and the half price arcade time each day made that part even better. Overall it was a fun stay, minus only a couple drawbacks: The beds were outdated and uncomfortable from big dips the mattress, and the hallway carpet being older, was bunched in some areas causing trip hazards. The vending machine prices were very high so plan to bring your own snacks and beverages!

Very uncomfortable night sleep!

We went for a night to celebrate a birthday. The indoor waterpark was clean and a lot of fun. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of our room needed some improvement. There were no extra sheets or blankets provided for the sofa bed and there were several pieces of food or candy left under the couch from previous guests. One mattress was very thin and uncomfortable and the sofa bed was broken on one corner.
