The room was outdated a lot of stuff was broken. The bathtub had black stains all around it. We stood there for 2 nights and on day 1 there was NO HOT WATER TO SHOWER!!! Really disappointed in this hotel. The waterpark was decent. The kids club needs better options or better activities

Everything was clean and the staff was great ! The bed was a little old /bumpy , and the corners of the tables in the room were very sharp !!! Not good for little children!! But besides that we had a great time!!!
