Breakfast was very good as was the breakfast staff. Very clean and well kept. The check in staff was so nice and efficient. The elevator was broken so quite a walk for some that have problems walking also on the 4 th floor the ice machine was broken. The weight room had 1 20lb weight which was useless for my husband. There were other weights but he preferred the 20 lbs. place needs some TLC but was clean and would stay there again.

Great staff, nice room, felt clean, big room, nice sitting area and pull out couch. Convenient location, lake views, nice big pool area, the hot tub was VERY cold!! Best free breakfast I have ever saw. So many options. Also nuce front desk had a store to buy snacks food and drinks. One of the nicer hotels in Havasu

The experience was good. The staff was amazing. The hotel is very clean.. however my room was a bottom floor room where it looked like there were been water damage. It looked like it had been done a little fast and that water damage was strange to look at especially in the shower when looking overhead. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

When we check in we were told that the swimming pool is closed because it’s under maintenance. We reserved this hotel just because we like the swimming pool there. They should have notified the clients that the swimming is closed. It’s a very bad experience.
