Perfect Mother’s Day weekend

Our stay at the condo was nice. It had everything we needed for the weekend to be comfortable and to cook great meals. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. The deck and the outdoor area was absolutely peaceful at night and it was only a two minute drive to a very beautiful beach and good fishing spot. This is a condo so some noise is to be expected but the upstairs neighbor made noise 24 seven like furniture moving noises day and night. Very strange but other than that this was a terrific experience and I would recommend this condo hopefully the noise upstairs is temporary.

The condo was great! Nice kitchen to cook in, updated bathroom and comfortable bed. Very clean. Really nice living room and balcony to hang out in too. Appreciated all the instructions on how to use appliances, thermostat, etc. Highly recommend.

First timer Lake Havasu

Condo was spotless and short ride (2-5 min) away from many hot spots/restaurants on the lake/channel. We enjoyed time at the pool although not very refreshing. Owners were very attentive. We will definitely return to beautiful Lake Havasu and would rent this property again! Thanks Jane and Chuck!

Fishing frenzy

We went to fish and we accomplished that mission. It was awesome, to be able to come home to this place. Very comfortable, but on the 2nd floor and in the back. We would, most definitely come back!

This property met all our vacation needs! It was clean, quiet, equipped with all essentials. It had a very cozy atmosphere with up to date furnishings and new beds. Located very close to the parks and beaches within walking distances . Grocery stores where just within a few blocks . Nice neighborhood . We would love to come back to the area and would love to return to this listing .

Great location for the triathlon

My daughter and I traveled here for the mountain west collegiate championship triathlon race. Close to start, clean, great communication. Would definitely stay again. And btw daughter was 2nd overall female and I won my age group

Clean with lots of extras!!

Our family of 5 stayed in this extra clean and comfortable condo for a family wedding at the London Bridge Resort. The location to the bridge is 2 blocks away and super easy to get to as well as convenient to stores and restraunts. This Condo is well kept and so clean! The condo is tastefully decorated to match the lake vibe in Lake Havasu. Plenty of towels and sheets in a huge walk in closet along with extra blankets and pillows. This condo was furnished with so many extras! The host left us cold water in the fridge along with coffee and a basket of snacks on the counter!! They also had extra soaps and shampoos in the bathroom which is just another extra special touch making this one of the best rentals we have stayed in! Great communication from the host before, during and after our stay! We will absolutely be staying again when we return!

Upon arrival we found the unit extremely clean and well appointed for our 4 night stay. The unit was tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. We made use of the nice pool at the complex. The location was very convenient with the shoreline park and London Bridge area only a few minutes drive away. We would book this unit again for a future stay in Lake Havasu City.

Exceeded expectations

The property is as gorgeous as it looks online. As soon as we walked in my son shouted, "This place is BOMB! Can we come back here?" The owners were super attentive and helpful. Jane promptly replied to all my emails and even went so far to leave treats for my son so he had something to snack on when we arrived. The property is clean, recently updated, well appointed with supplies and decorated so cute. If you're thinking about staying here... book it! I would recommend it to ANYONE and definitely would stay here again myself. Also, the parking situation is so convenient and close to the unit. The area around the build feels safe and is well lit. It's extremely close to the city center and London Bridge, although I think too far to walk. Great overall experience.
