Visited in January. Overall hotel and room neglected. Sink would not drain. Pillows small and lumpy. Free breakfast was dry cereal/milk. Dark room. Would not recommend.

The guy that checked us in was not very courteous or friendly. The maids knocked on our door waking us up early and we had to say we were checking out at 11.They also knocked again 30 minutes before check out and had to say again we would be checking out at 11. We should have our full time up until check out with out feeling rushed.

Property is dated. Second time I’ve stayed there, as the rate is reasonable for what you get. This room was clean and functional. The exterior of the property is embarrassing. Trash from the roof outside my window. Landscaping in bad shape. Staff friendly.

Hot tub luke warm. Water taps hooked up backwards ( hot is cold, cold is hot) same in two rooms for certain. No coffee prepared for 7:00 am breakfast. Cereal only for breakfast. No cream for coffee. A/C sounded like a garborator. Bathroom fan the same. Towels old,small and were equivalent to 40 grit sandpaper. Do not recommend.

Hotel guest next door watched a movie until 3:30 am with volume turned up. No staff available to correct the situation. Amenities were "meh". Paper thin walls, traffic noise loud, guest upstairs was stomping around till we complained. Overall building noise was loud.

the place smell bad. Had to switch rooms. The check in guy was very unpersonal didn't welcome us in when we switched rooms, he could not figure out how to do the up charge! we had to pay cash for it. Coffee cold . Stuff in hallways for storage. we will not stay here or in a roadway again

We were genuinely surprised at the quality of the room. It was divided in two segments with a living room area and a bedroom area. When my wife walked in the door she went, wow. Highly recommend.

It was easy to park with our trailer attached to our truck. The indoor poor is nice, but not heated so it was cold in November. The hot tub was VERY nice however. The beds are firm. The view of the lake was beautiful.

The deadbolt didn’t engage went to call the front desk from the phone and that didn’t work. It’s a complete disaster trying to hook up to their Wi-Fi and when I took a bath, the water was lukewarm. Never will I ever go back to that place again
