The view was absolutely beautiful and the room is very nice too. Everyone here at the hotel is super nice and very accommodating. We will definitely be returning soon. we had very nice weather and a little bit of a breeze.

We have a very, very terrible experience. I contacted your customer service to seek some advice. We had to quickly check out and went to another place. In all my 30 years of travel this is the worst experience ever. They were extremely rude and would not move us to another room. The room they provided was not easily accessible, you had to walk 500 or more feet from your car, and most of it was down hill with a steep staircase. This is not acceptable, especially when there were plenty of other rooms closer to the parking lot.

We were on a family vacation and were overrun by college kids. The college kids were up all night blasting music, screaming and drinking until all hours. Once they came inside they banged on walls and were loud until 4am. The hotel personnel did nothing to quiet them. They should have never put us near them. The Room also smelled like the sewer. The resort did not resemble the pictures. The vibe did not resemble the pictures. The only saving grace was that the lake is beautiful so we rented a boat both days to get away from the college kids. Was an unexpected expense.
