The VRBO listing did not disclose that a two-bedroom apartment is attached to the property with a shared interior door. When I arrived, there were beer bottles, a window screen on the ground, and work boots on the lower patio, making it seem like someone else was staying there. Vacasa initially told me no one should be on the property, and it took about three frustrating hours to learn about the attached apartment.The apartment guests had also taken up the three available parking spots by parking sideways in the driveway. If I had known about the attached unit ahead of time, I would not have booked this property.That said, the house itself is very nice, the space is used well, and the location is excellent. The shower water pressure could be better. After a rough check-in and first night, we enjoyed the rest of our stay, but the lack of transparency makes me hesitant to book a Vacasa property again.
