The house is very beautiful. It was extremely clean. However, there were no paper products in the house which I wish we would have known, and we could have brought some with us. We weren't there 24 hours when the microwave died. They did bring another one over but it took almost 2 days. The blinds in the kitchen didn't work, so we were not able to raise them up to enjoy the view that was advertised in the listing. There were no kitchen towels; however, there were a good number of bath towels and towels for the hot tub. Upon arrival, we realized the light didn't work in the living room. They never did come fix that. When we ask for an additional night on our stay, they were going to charge us twice as much as we had paid originally. The towel rack fell off the wall in the master bath. My husband was able to put it back up temporarily. The house itself was lovely. All of our beefs are with the property management company called Carolina Mornings. They did not respond to questions, they did not respond to complaints, and when I called to visit with them regarding the things I've listed here, they've offered no explanation or even an apology.
