Stonecrest 188 at Rumbling Bald

Welcome to Stonecrest #188. Once you arrive, you'll follow a beautiful stone staircase to the lower-level two bedroom, two bath condo.  This condo is located at the Apple Valley Golf course. Once you arrive be sure to hold on to the leash, you don't want "Fido" taking in the views before you do! At the end of the stairs you'll be greeted with a view of the lovely pond below. The condo is equipped with a full kitchen, large living room, two bedrooms and two baths. This condo come with a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares a bathroom with common areas.Relax with a cup of coffee in the mornings while you enjoy the views of the golf course from the covered porch, while your fur-ever friend enjoys a nap in the shade. After a long morning of relaxing try your swing at one or both of our champion golf course. For those family members who aren't golfers, there are plenty of other activities. Enjoy your day with a spa package, maybe a a scenic cruise, perhaps a game of tennis, or a few laps in one of our 3 pools. If all of this is just too much grab a towel and a book and lay on the shore all day. We haven't forgotten about the children!  Amenities include mini golf, kids adventure camp(in season) , nature trails, or lazy river. There's something for everyone. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the properties four restaurants (seasonal) and never have to wash a dish. There's something here for everyone's wish list. 

There is a Twin Cot in the Master Bedroom closet for use for extra sleeping.

* All pets must be under 50 lbs.and there is a non refundable fee of $150.00 per pet. Limit one pet at this property. 

This property is located approximately 1.5 miles from the main gate but you still receive all of the same amenities.   Rented golf carts can not be taken to this unit.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
