Our lakefront condo sits right at the water’s edge, so you can relax on the private deck while the kids fish and feed the ducks just steps away. One of the unique features of this unit is direct access from the deck to the walkway, leading you straight to the pool, docks, and lake swim area because if you’re coming to the lake, you should truly be able to enjoy it.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Southwood Shores, near Four Seasons off Horseshoe Bend at the 12-mile marker. It’s conveniently close to everything while still offering a peaceful, scenic setting.

The condo is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully updated, featuring new TVs throughout and brand-new mattresses (2026) for a comfortable stay. You’ll have access to wireless internet in the unit, as well as at the clubhouse perfect for staying connected while the kids enjoy the indoor pool or hot tub.

Both bedrooms and the deck include ceiling fans, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, along with beautiful granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathrooms. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added convenience. Be sure to set aside time to unwind on your private deck overlooking the lake it’s the perfect spot to relax.

The amenities at Southwood Shores truly stand out. While many complexes offer only an outdoor pool, this community includes:

Very clean. Having a washer/dryer on-site was excellent. As well as the other appliances. We enjoyed the deck and being able to walk out onto the walking path by the lake. The ducks, geese, and turtles were a plus. However the chain was broken on the decks fan, so we were unable to use that.Our kids were excited to find toys and books to play with. Had trouble with the TVs in the bedrooms; not hooked up correctly.

Fantastic view, clean, everything worked well, owner was very responsive & let us check in early, short walk to the pool, amenities were clean and well kept, plenty of room. Could use some more/better board games, the ones that are there are mostly for kids.

First visit to LOTO, can't wait to come back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Southwood Shores, the condo was perfect and being on the lower level was ideal for our pups. It was great to sit on the patio in the mornings and evenings watch all the happenings and chatting with the locals and visitors.We also got a nice surprise, on a Saturday in June, the pool had live entertainment and a cookout. I suspect the HOA members put this together, it was a nice touch. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The perfect getaway spot!

My location of this condo was perfect! It was great to be right on the water and steps away from the dock. The outdoor pool was a very short walk away! The complex was very nice and clean with illuminated side walk around the water, which was great for morning and evening walks. Everything was included within the condo plus some! Highly recommend!
