Disappointing. ‘Since we booked through a 3rd party’, we were asked if an ‘accessibility’ room with a nice view would be ok. When we asked about the difference of the room, we were told extra handles around. The bathroom was terrible without a counter at all. Shower was awful. A very small mirror high above the sink. No closet to hang clothes. People in need of accessibility deserve and need better than this!

The hotel is wonderful from customer service to the presentation. Central convenience to shops and restaurants. The only minus was no fan in the bathroom and gets stuffy. Overall, I would stay again.

We had a great experience overall during our short stay. Would have been nice to be given the option of self-parking though. The only option this hotel offered is valet, which can get pretty expensive. There is a public parking garage next door though. Will stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the location is great. There’s lots of dining options and cute shops as well. The staff was nice and helpful, the valet process was quick and easy. Our only complaint we have is there’s no vending machine or option to purchase snacks or beverages on site/front desk. We were told we can go to their sister location or go to Target across the street if we needed any beverages. It was late in the evening when we realized we ran out of water so in situations like that, having the option to purchase beverages would have been nice. I believe this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where water wasn’t available for purchase and/or complimentary. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Unsatisfied with Hotels.com’s service.

First off there was no warning that the pool and hot tub were closed. We usually enjoy using both of these when staying at a hotel. We were in are sprinter van and were told they wouldn’t be able to park it we’d have to park it in an unsecured parking lot a few blocks away. We had some very expensive toys in the van and always park it valet so that it’s less likely to be broken in to.

They have downgraded lots of the little things. No longer roll away beds. No cookies at checkin. No longer beverage or food service by the pool. It’s a nice place but they have cut back.
