Great place but the Supervisor is rude

We love staying here however the supervisor was very rude. They did not give us the room that we had selected from Hotels.com and when we went to let them know, they made every excuse in the book and did not really try to help us. Another person that was working there Diego he ended up helping us and was very kind. We were shocked that Juana is a supervisor. She’s extremely rude and not customer friendly.

This was my second time staying at this property! I absolutely love that skiing is just a quick walk across the village, parking is in an underground garage, and everyone is so nice! One thing that they need to work on is remembering to change the sign for the highlands gondola up to the Ritz Carlton - a few times the sign said it was open and then after making the trek up, found out that it was closed.

Only now, with the email to leave the review, I learned that I had vip benefits. there wasn't any communication about vip benefits to me. the checkout time was 10am and when I asked if this can be extended they told me that 10:30 is maximum doesn't feel like vip benefits at all. this comment is purely about vip benefits s. the place I self is amazing.
