I would describe our stay as nice. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. As for the room, I would say that the carpet and furniture were worn. The light part of the carpet looked stained and dirty. The night stands were peeling. Also, the room phone was missing but as soon as we reported it they brought us a new one. The bed was a little too firm for me but was fine for my husband. Overall it was a good stay but I expected more for the rating it had.

This was named one of the more popular hotels for honeymoons but the pictures were deceiving. Not a very welcoming staff either there was one older guy in particular that was rude and unfriendly. There were no honeymoon packages. Guided tv. Their cafe is very bland. There wasn’t much to it. Only good thing was it’s a good location close to restaurants and beaches

Extraordinary room and service. Traveling cross-country and came in late from our previous stop and the guy at the front desk was extremely kind and understanding. Room was like no other and was extremely clean. Would recommend to anyone staying in the South Lake Tahoe area, very friendly and welcoming place to stay!!

Everything seemed to be ok. I just didn’t like how there weren’t enough towels when we checked in. Also the bed had a huge dent in the middle of the mattress which made for a very uncomfortable nights rest.

Upon checking in the person at the desk, wouldn’t even make eye contact with. Me was extremely rude, and just pointed around the corner and said that my room was literally two steps away. The room was completely filthy. Smelled stains in the shower. Stains on the bathtub, not matching The outdoor ambience of the hotel. And it’s not as if we checked in late completely on acceptable. Customer service and unacceptable maintenance of the room. Not only to mention dead flies and flies in the room. I am a native Southshore and the representation of the room was disgusting and does not represent like Tahoe at all. Do better.
