Had a good stay. Would recommend. Main complaint was that staff do not answer the lobby phone. On several different occasions attempted to call with no answer. Ended up just having to come to the lobby in person to get a response both times.

Perfect little getaway

It was a cute little hotel. We were greeted with a welcome beverage. The outdoor pool was the perfect temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. When we left we were given a parting gift of almonds to snack on for our trip home. The room was a little dark but overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Great choice.

The rooms are very comfy and quiet enough. Showers are nice water pressure and the office staff very nice no matter any questions you had. Pool area was very nice and clean and the restaurant had very good food sevice. Our family has definately found a nice place to stay in the future for our get togethers at a good price.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the standard check-in time on the 4th of July and initially just hoped to park our car so we could explore the area on foot. To our pleasant surprise, the staff checked us in early at no extra cost! Our room was conveniently located on the back side of the property, allowing us to park directly in front of it — super helpful for unloading and quick access. The room itself wasn't large, but it was warm, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. We had everything we needed, and the large TV positioned perfectly for watching from bed was a nice bonus. The hotel has a pool and spa, which made for a perfect way to relax in the afternoon, especially for our kid who had a great time swimming. We also appreciated how pet-friendly the property is — we were able to walk our dog comfortably around the hotel grounds and the surrounding neighborhood, which is both beautiful and very walkable. To top it off, we found out there would be a fireworks show at Lake Tahoe’s beach that night. Around 9:30 p.m., we left our room and enjoyed a short, 5-minute walk to the beach to join in the celebration. It was a perfect way to end a fun and relaxing day!

We loved our stay! It’s close to the beach and just up the street are all the heavenly village attractions. The location itself has all you could ask for, a restaurant attached for breakfast lunch and dinner, fire pits, games, movie nights in the lobby, pool, hot tub, and s’mores for guests!

The hotel stay was overall great, we enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect. Only downfall was the customer service, the front desk was short and didn’t have clear answers when we asked questions. They seemed clueless and also tired. It was a busy week/weekend and a holiday but the customer service can use some improvement. We would be back and would interact less with the staff next time. The rooms were clean, smelled clean and had the basic amenities needed. They do give you a bottle of wine of your choice when you check in. Station House looked way better than all the other hotels around the area. The pool area could be alittle more clean but again, overall it was a great stay!

This property was one of the more quieter ones in the area. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, the Heavenly area and the casinos. I liked the cleanliness of the place; although they did not make up my room after the first night. It was definitely a family friendly with the featured movie in the lobby area, the boardgames offered and the play area. The price was also reasonable for the area and we went on the busy 4th of July weekend.

It was a very charming property that honors the outdoor lifestyle and area around Lake Tahoe. Our room was clean and well maintained and the heated pool was a very comfortable temperature, and not too warm for swimming a couple laps. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. Our room was by the pool which got loud at times, a family with a squealing toddler was out there at 8:30am which is early for me but maybe fine for others. The property is very quiet overnight. It is also an easy walk to the beach and far enough from the main road to give a little more seclusion than the casinos.
