In this price range this is the best stay I have had yet in South Lake Tahoe. It’s not a new perfect building but it was clean and the staff was great. Bedding and bathroom were clean and carpet look new. I work I. Tahoe frequently so this will be my new go to for an affordable stay.

I had a good stay at Trave Inn in South Lake Tahoe. The room was very clean and everything worked well. The location is convenient and close to the lake as well as the ski hill. Staff was friendly and took time to explain everything. It was nice to have someone at the office to check me in, vs being texted a door code like they do at some economy hotels. I’d stay again!
