The newly constructed Southholm takes full advantage of its panoramic views of Lake Tekapo and the Southern Alps. This home has been designed with space, comfort, and functionality in mind.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers all appliances, including a dishwasher and walk-in pantry.

The kitchen, dining, and living area are open plans for optimal space. A log burner in the west living area makes for a cozy place to enjoy those views.

The living area to the east is close to the kitchen area and offers a large flat-screen TV. This whole area opens out to the sunny north-facing patio via large sliders, extending this living space with great indoor/outdoor flow for the summer months.

A heat pump is here for heating in the winter and cooling in the summer.
