Perfect Spot

Was in town for an athletic event and needed a place to be able to get away and rest/sleep. This property was perfect communication with the host was timely and everything was advertised. Would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

This place was great, they thought of everything. Washer dryer, dishwasher, microwave, full stove and oven, fridge and freezer, plus Roku tv. Great dog friendly area, and very doable on a bicycle. I would sleep here again!

Lakeland 18 day stay

The area was quiet and although an older area of town it was well kept. The apartment had all amenities needed. Edgar is a good communicator. We stayed 18 days and felt a bit cramped after several days because there is a lack of storage. Another small issue is there are only 2 place settings which means doing dishes more often. Would we stay again most defitinly.

Located in the historical section of Lakeland. This room was amazing! The outside property was impeccably maintained in early Spanish decor. The brick street leading into a quiet neighborhood was just the beginning of a nice week. The pictures on line did not give the property justice. Everything you could need was included and the owner was available thru out. This was my first time using this service and I was apprehensive but we could not have been more pleased.
