This is an ideal place to 'rest your head'. A clean sanctuary located, conveniently, and quietly, in the heart of Lakeland. I had a car and drove, but one could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and attractions from this studio petite.
This was chosen for convenience and economy, and it was both convenient & economical.
There were multiple units available at this location; if you required more room, you aren't limited to this unit. Every unit has a reserved off street parking spot.
it was one place We found the much needed peace. the place was clean and the staff was quick in response. A definite next booking if we visit next time.
This studio apartment was a nice break from the typical motel rooms we stay in. Small but well equipped, arranged to maximize usable space. All appliances in working order.
What I didn't like was that I failed to note any indication that the apartment was upstairs on the description. (no elevator) Also, I never got the door code with the confirmation, I had to call the owner or manager (not sure which) to get in. He said Expedia was supposed to include it with the confirmation. However, he was fairly quick to text it to me.
This stay has been the best experience. Because of the genocide in Palestine, we had limited options to choose from. And we gound this rare gem. Edgar is very friendly and is attentive to his guests! We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in case we find this on our next trip.
Highly reconnecting location wise.
Economical and also peaceful.
I was there for a couple of days to move my daughter out of Lakeland and it was a perfect little get away and place to sleep. Clean, updated and organized!
The unit is exactly as shown. Perfect for a short stay. It is right near the college, which has a nice art museum. Also nearby is the Frank Lloyd Wright museum. And, the neighborhood itself is beautiful and fun to walk around with many quaint and historic hom.es
This âPetite Studioâ was absolutely perfect for what I needed! Cozy and quaint with simple touches that made me feel right at home. Beautiful area and very well maintained - I enjoyed the Lake right down the road, the Polk Art Museum, and the downtown atmosphere!
Edgar was helpful and easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described.
Definitely would book again in the future!
Listing was accurate. Tiny little apartment but that was all we needed for a two-night stay. Clean and well maintained with a parking spot specific to the apartment.
Bed was uncomfortable. Had to sit on the bed with back up against the wall to watch tv. The tv was in and out.. better off with pull out couch. Nhower head was hugh. The one good thibg it was very clean.
It's small, but had everything we needed. Great location near Lake Morton in a nice neighborhood with a good convenience store a couple of minutes away.
The studio is definitely petite, probably better suited for one person, but my husband and I made it work for two nights. Parking was great, room is cute and has everything that you need. The floor wasn't very clean, our feet and socks were dirty after walking around in the room. Other than that we would stay again.
