The room was nice and clean. The only areas of concern were the shower was slippery and a mat wasn’t available and the kitchenette was in poor shapes rusty appliances.

From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for. The rooms were spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the small snack and beverage area in the lobby—super convenient for quick cravings. Each morning, the hot breakfast was fresh and tasty, with eggs, sausage, and a rotating side that always felt like a thoughtful touch. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the fire pit featured in the photos. When I asked about it at check-in, Clyde immediately told me he would set it up before he left for the day. Sure enough, when I returned that evening, the fire pit was ready and waiting. It was a cool night, so it made the experience even more enjoyable. But what truly made this stay unforgettable was the personal service. The next morning, Clyde greeted me by name—something I’ve never experienced at a hotel before. Not only did he remember my name, but he made sure the rest of the staff knew to prepare the fire pit for us again later that day. That level of attention and care is rare and genuinely appreciated.

I booked a room at this hotel on Saturday Night, I broke down due to a flat tire and had to wait close to 5 hours for repair, this made me late to check in which apparently by this hotels measure is enough to constitute stealing $560 from me. Overall experience was a 0 out of 10 and management did absolutely nothing to help. Do not use this hotel they will leave yoi and your family on the street

As we walked through the front doors, we noticed the whole building smelled like dirty feet and farts, for lack of a better term. I stood at the desk for 5 minutes, before someone came to check me in. There was a Hooters and an Longhorn restaurant just a couple minute walk away, which was nice. The following morning when taking a shower, I discovered there were 2 conditioner bottles and no shampoo. Which I am sure would have been corrected if mentioned, but we were only there a night and the damage was done. When we opened the curtains in the morning, there was a thick dirt film on the windows. Which was a good thing due to the 2 semi trucks parked outside our window and the drivers resting. Not very comforting. Free or not, the breakfast was terrible. The scrambled eggs were dry and crumbled. The turkey sausage links were dry. The coffee tasted old. The waffles were good. Nevertheless, we ended up going down the street for breakfast. The full kitchen and the 12 p.m. checkout time are definitely a bonus, if thats what your looking for. I dont feel those perks justify the higher sprice per night. I would much rather pay 80 to 100 dollars less and stay ay a Hilton or Holiday Inn express. We wont stay here again. Hope this helps.
