I wish I could post photos. Upon arrival, the neighbor came out and showed us where we were expected to park. I almost turned away. The location shares an entrance with a trailer park. The parking spot is ridiculous, if you can get in it. The neighbor also informed us we would have to accommodate a housing inspector during our stay because it can not be rescheduled. And informed us of the dishwasher being broken. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN MESSAGED BEFORE WE BOOKED. Then there's about 7 bags of garbage in the carport, at the bottom of the stairs to access the apartment. You can also see broken appliances, plumbing garbage, and pot plants. At the top of the stairs, the deck was in bad shape. The chairs are still broken and tipped over. (Previous review from May 2021 someone mentioned they were broke but owner said they had since been replaced, LIES.) There's a cigarette ashtray with ashes from previous renters. The front door had marks as if someone broke in to it, multiple times. Upon entering the apartment "with 360' views" it smelled liked lysol spray. 360 views of trailers, garbage, poodle dog barking, and rotting roofing. Nothing grand about the views that it is advertised as. The apartment itself was clean. About a 1970s original futon in the living room. Super old and uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was ridiculously soft and you dropped about 6 inches upon sitting on it. (I'm a small woman). Previous reviews were correct. Cheap sheets, bed in a bag cheap comfortable, and Walmart cheap towels. No shampoo or soap in the bathroom, so be prepared to bring your own. We left 2 soda cans rinsed out by kitchen sink and woke up to an ant problem. We will not be booking here again. Trashy outside, cute inside. Comfortable beds and quality of materials really matter when you're looking for a home away from home. Here is an honest review, let's wait for the reply ;]
