Also, in particular the room is in the 9th floor and from a balcony attached with master room, one can enjoy the view of the beautiful Kathmandu Valley.
Tenants can enjoy our beautiful swimming pool and highly equipped gym facilities 24/7. In addition there is 24 hour security, CCTV, and free parking. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, such as fridge/freezer, rice cooker, stove and all the other required cooking ware, utensils and cookery to meet the tenant’s needs.
