The sheets are old. There was hair in the bed. There was hair in the bathroom. The shower is super old. The walls are dirty. The corners are dirty. No elevator and the highway is super loud.

The room was in good shape and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. We were on the second floor and use the stairs closest to the main lobby. There was a smell at the top of the stairs coming from a possible laundry area??

The room unfortunately was filthy. The bathroom floor was sticky and could not be cleaned properly to make not sticky. The shower and tub had rust and hot water stains that discolored the entire area. There was a smell that lingered through the entire hotel.

Our room happened to be 3 from the lobby. It was noisy all night long people coming and going. Kids running up and down the hall and being extremely loud Besides that the staff was nice and friendly and no other issues with amenities or anything. Just location of our room. Hard to sleep when so much commotion going on directly outside the door

It's in a good location. Breakfast is included, but the selection isn't very varied. My room was clean, but the shower and bathtub clearly hadn't been cleaned properly; they were stained. I stayed with my emotional support dog without any problems.
