One night the air went out, they fixed it next day. One day no towels, man at desk said they were out. Some customers went to Walmart.to buy towels. Night before check out went to check in desk to request wake up call, also called just before bed to confirm wake up call. NO Wake Up Call !! Next morning went to desk, man on duty checked No one put on wake up call Missed flight, 5 hour lay over till next flight plus 2 hour lay over between flights. 7 EXTRA hours because No Wake Up.

Due to a room key issue, I experienced over 15 hours of inconvenience from check-in to check-out. Not only was I unable to access my room without a key, I had to carry my luggage from the parking lot to the main gate, and even access to the pool required a master key to be requested. While the facilities were nice and a warm breakfast was provided, the room key issue completely diminished these positive aspects, which is truly disappointing.
