Walk into lobby with staff not pleasant. Smoking outside lobby and hallways elevator wreak of smoke. Concerns about the place checked room linens old dingy, room cold and wreaks of smoke cigarettes. Got eaten alive with bites possible bed bug???? People soliciting place appear impoverished more like taking advantage of the displaced than actually running a business. Linens dirty for bathing basically you get what you pay for. Do not stay. I pray these bites heal before I get any worse. Oh and the bed was very old. Had to sleep practically on husbands side because i would fall out my side because springs shot. Pathetic

This hotel is absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t even stay here because the conditions were so filthy that I couldn’t remain in the room for more than a minute. As soon as I walked into the building, the smell in the elevator and lobby was disgusting. It literally smelled like dog feces, which already told me everything I needed to know about how poorly this place is taken care of. When I opened the door to the room, the odor was so strong and foul that I became physically ill and threw up. I didn’t put my belongings down or touch anything. The bedding looked unwashed, the carpet was covered in old stains, and the room felt genuinely unsafe and unsanitary. It was like stepping into a horror film I went straight to the front desk, still sick from the smell, and the staff could not have cared less. No apology, no solution, no room change, nothing. They refused a refund and acted completely dismissive, which tells me they are used to complaints and simply don’t care. Because of how extreme and unhealthy the conditions were, I will be reporting this place to the Health Department, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. This hotel should not be operating in the state it’s in. I strongly warn anyone considering staying here.

No running water on check in and no resolution time. I tried to cancel my reservation and the hotel never responded to hotels.com outreach. This hotel is dirty, sketchy and unsafe.
