Room was ok. Clean yes. Quiet kinda. Comfortable not really. Tv worked well. King size room was shaped like an L, which was nice as the bed was hidden. So letâs get into what we disliked: Floor was unlevel, bed made our back and hips hurt it was so bad, hot water was more like luke warm at best, toilet was small, couch was beaten down so badly. Key door not electrified door lock. Check in was good. Close to lots of attractions.
The place is very rundown. The steps to get to the 2nd floor were breaking and seemed unsteady. There were 1st floor rooms open, but I was told none were available. The staff was nice, but I do not believe I will stay here again.
Room was not very clean. Floor boards had duct tape to hold them down.
Expedia receipt is for 197.58. I was actually charged 252.58. They were supposed to credit 50.00 today, but have not done so. That leaves 5.00, I have no idea the reason for that as he did not speak English very well
Used to be one of our go-to places to stay, but not any more. Stayed in room#40. Was greeted with a musty room smell, and a pool of water on the floor in front the fridge. The fridge was unplugged and dirty. There were cobwebs and hair strands in the bathroom, the towels and washcloths were old, stained and dingy. There was a persistent odor coming from the bed that caused us to pull back the clean looking bed sheets. This revealed a stained and filthy mattress cover. Stained and dirty looking pillows were covered by clean looking pillowcases. Donât think they ever even replace those colored blankets after guests leaves. The drawers to the dresser were broken and practically unusable. I could go on but you get the picture. Management to this place has changed hands a number of times, used to be a very good place to stay but quality has plummeted.
The room was small, floor tiles were separated with gaps in some,. Grab bar in bathroom missing, one of the white washcloth was stain with black like it was a cleaning cloth. Staff came to our door to tell us "no dogs allowed" even though it clearly stated on website that service dogs were. They left us be after that. No amenities (coffee or tea maker), right next to US 30 So traffic noise started very early in am. The only clock was on the microwave back by bathroom so couldn't see it bathroom mirror had water stains all at the bottom. Was $70 something per night. Bottom line ended up paying $120. Worst place ever
