The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the spa tub was spotless and wonderfully relaxing. Staff was also very friendly.

TV not working, microwave broken, coffee pot broken, lock on window broken, bedside light broken, dresser drawer doesn’t stay shut, flat pillows, thin covers with no blankets available at all. The only good thing was that the bed was comfortable. We Will never stay at a Red Roof Inn again.

This was once my favorite places to stay with staff that remember me after my first stay, they provided a breakfast that was very nice and the rooms were clean and well stocked with soap , tissues, nice towel. As this place has changed hands many time the place is worn and the staff tired and gone is breakfast, nice towels and now houses temporay housing for people who seem to be in transition and the music at night was very loud. It was not the place it used to be

The room was clean but in some parts smelled of urine, the bathroom had no soap and when the cleaner cleaned the bathroom I was left with small towels used as bath mats. I was woken up at 3 in the morning with very load music and reported it to the manager in the morning who was dismissve and said no one let him know. The TV had over a 1000 channels but only 20 worked

The room was okay except for a leak from the upper floor in our bathroom. The staff moved us to another room. The only complaint I have is that the pillows were way too thin for comfort, leading to a poor night's sleep.
