A large indoor Patio with remote blinds that includes a pot belly fire to keep you toasty warm during winter and the complete enjoyment of outdoor living during winter. The garage has a 4M clearance (Remote Control) and includes the Laundry Area and the 2nd Bathroom.
The kitchen has a 900mm freestanding gas cooktop and oven, and you will find the cupboards full of items to help in entertaining the family and any visitors!
Soft leather sofa with 2 Recliners and large smart TV (access to Netflix, Stan etc) Games and Books. We welcome dogs however there is no boundary fencing.
