Ideally located close the ski lift and in the center of Vallandry, close to shops, this residence is very convenient for families with small children. There is no lift and the car park is at the bottom of the residence (stairs).

40m² duplex , located in a residence without lift in the center of Vallandry with direct access on the chairlift that lets you send and return on skis.
Rented for 6 persons, a cabin with two bunk beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with separated toilet , a kitchen open on the living room equipped with a sofa bed.
The apartment is west facing and has a balcony.

Equipments : Dishwasher, fridge, oven, electric hobs. Television.
Rented with a ski locker.

Sleeps: 1 double bed, 1 sets of 2bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old), 1 sofa bed.

Sanitary: a bathroom with separated toilet
Free outdoor public parking nearby. No reservation possible.

Good to know : Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered at an additional cost.
You can book your lift passes, your ski equipment and your ski lessons at special prices.
You will collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A deposit must be paid by credit cart at your arriving. It will be not possible to pick up the key without the paiement of this deposit.
End of stay cleaning not included.

INFORMATION: the furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric covers should not be removed from beds and left clean, beds should be undone properly with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any breach of these instructions will be invoiced on deposit: 10 € per bed, 25 € per missing mattress, 300 € for the replacement of the furniture.
NO SMOKING apartment: billing for smell of 300 € for cleaning all fabrics
