*Dining room is not in the hotel *poor accommodations *toilette tank was leaking *building was not sound proof *roof was ok, but noise is unbearable in the rain *water boiling pot was with rusted bottom *shower door was not completely closed, water running on the floor - it is hazardous condition . *hair dryer was as a pink color kid toy. When asked for a replacement, I was told that no dryer was available as hotel was fully booked.

The room was old and filthy. The bedsheets have been used before because they had sand.To take a shower with hot water lasted 10 minutes. The AC was uber noisy. The only good thing was a balcony

The staff were lovely and even left me some lovely treats and a bottle of wine. My room was spotless and the cleaning staff were courteous and very thorough.. The hotel is in a very convenient location for everything you could possibly need from the beach, Duty Free shopping and Food. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay again. 💯

The customer services representative were bit rude. They have very affordable breakfast option but no one even mention. We have to rush out to bring our breakfast. Looks like she was doing any fever to us to talk and deal with us.

Property was in a good location, right by the beach and central to the main shopping and restaurant area. The room was adequate in size but the air conditioner wasn’t cool enough and may need servicing. Room probably needs a deep clean prior to new quests arriving which I don’t think happens.

Easy to find on main street just behind beach. Lots of activity, shopping, restaurants, cafes very close. Seems to be quiet by 11pm, no problem with street noise. Small balcony facing street in my case, comfortable bed, good shower, good wifi. Quick efficient check in and check out. Taxi stand just outside if needed. Very close to enjoyable beach with clean fine sand

The hotel’s location is perfect. It is in the heart of all the activities. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the towels and beddings are very old. Some of the bath towels have holes and stains. Also, the sound insulation in the room is very poor. We could hear all the talking from the next room and the hallway. Again, we loved the location .

Made Langkawi proud.

Hotel is right in front of Cenang beach. From our balcony we have a partial view of the beach. It was blocked by the tall trees. Check in was fast as it is basically a two floored hotel with 44 rooms. Cards access to your floor. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Free parking available but it’s a distant, behind Cenang mall. Food stalls and shops all around.
