The first room the deadbolt didn’t work. The second room smelled terrible, was dark and gloomy and the chair looked as if someone mistook it for a toilet. I didn’t stay there. And I need to be refunded.

This is a lovely unit, well appointed and well decorated. The kitchen has everything you need for basic meal prep. Plenty of linens, the beds are comfy. There is a little trail behind to row that comes out right across from mini-golf. Our grandkids loved all of the amenities of the lodge, and the cost to use those facilities was reasonable. Stop and pick up the full size map at the Lodge, it will give you detailed hours and prices for the specific time of your stay. They are very friendly and welcoming, even when they know you aren't staying in the Lodge. The host had fabulous communication. We have already referred others and would recommend.

No bed linen for the pullout bed. Apparenrly, its policy not to provide. I paid for a 5 people room so we could each have a bed and didnt realize i had to bring my own bedding. They argued this point until I said no. Why have a pullout without bedding? Why sell a room for 5 that can only sleep 4 due to bedding. They were adamant that they didnt need to provide bedding for the third bed that was advertised as such,in the room. Upper crap!

It was a nice size room to accommodate me and my four children. One blanket and one sheet were torn but I didn’t need those items so it didn’t bother my stay. The kids enjoyed their time at this hotel so it’s a win. Thank you comfort suites.

I do not recommend it at all, a place where there is no manager when there is an emergency on the premises of your hotel is not a safe place to spend a family vacation, I was a victim of vandalism in my car, they broke a window of my vehicle and stole my property and not a single manager to take responsibility for the situation, they come in to clean the rooms without asking or warning, they took the soaps out of the bathtub and did not put in new ones

Everyone was accommodating the rooms for a very nice mildly concern was the toilet I'm very tall and the toilet sits very low so it was difficult. They don't have a hand shower I wish that they had because I have a disability besides that it was very good experience. Customer service was excellent
