The hotel is under renovation which is a good thing... lparking is free and easy and there is a Mexican restaurant in easy walking distance. Noise at night was unacceptable. apparently there was a wedding party and they were extremely loud both Friday and Saturday night until 1 or 2am. Impossible to sleep through it. Bathroom ceiling had mold/mildew on it. Fitness center floor was dirty, no towels, no working water and for whatever reason the heat was blasting at 85 degrees. I had to turn it down/off and turn on air conditioning every morning.

The price was good for the location to shopping, restaurants, and MSU. There was also a bistro type place on site that served breakfast, lunch, sold Starbucks, and basics alcoholic beverages. Staff were very nice and friendly.
