The hotel is very clean and has s great vibe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Things i can see improved...the showerhead was caked in calcium and t Was spraying in every direction, the tv was temperamental, and our room was missing the tea kettle, but staff quickly remedied this.

Very nice hotel. Great value for a convenient to campus hotel. I did not experience the breakfast at this hotel, so no rating. The only drawback is lack of on site parking, but the valet parking was well staffed and efficient. This is why I only gave a 4 star rating.

Room was very nice, building is adorable, great location for wineries and the falls. The hotel was wonderful. However our TV did not work, as soon as it was turned on the picture would disappear and “no signal” would appear on the screen. Even following the instructions on the screen would only result in the picture coming back for a minute or two. When relaying this to front desk personnel we were told that she would tell the manager. I think that for a hotel that is considered high end in East Lansing not to offer some recompense is awful especially consider we spent over $400.00 er night to stay there. As a Hilton Honors member I am totally disgusted.
