Cornell Graduation weekend! Beautiful new five bedroom, 4 1/2 bath single family home located in Lansing NY only 7.2 miles to Cornell. The timber frame home has lake views from 2 large decks and is walking distance to Myers Park in Lansing NY or walking trails through Salt Point, a bird sanctuary.

The open concept kitchen and living area is a perfect place for a large family. Hardwood floors, granite countertops, pendant lights, dishwasher, garbage disposal, 2 fridges, eat-in table with seating for 10 and Island seats 6. Gorgeous views from almost every room.

There are 5 bedroom, with the master bedroom having a king size bed and private bath with luxury shower. Upstairs has two more bedrooms, one with a queen and twin bed and the other with two twins with each having private full baths. The lower level walkout out has two bedrooms with a full bath and its own kitchen area. All kitchen items (pots, pans, plates), sheets, blankets and towels are provide.

You will not walk in the front door and be disappointed.
