There is no elevator in the building but condo is on the second floor and access is through wide set of stairs. Access to shops, restaurants and supermarket is walking distance, 10 minutes to international airport and hospitals. You can call or text anytime for instructions on how to access the property, with local phone number (09950278883). Properties are newly built some areas are still under constructions including outdoor swimming pool. There are some laundry services near the building.

advertised as apartment but was in fact a condo which is really ok with me. It was well presented, clean enough and quite comfortable. The biggest drawback for me was the fact that it was situated about 400metres from the roadway where one could aquire transport. A definite no- no for me. The condo is situated on the second floor which is accessed by stairway only. Ok for the younger gen but not for me.
