Upon arrival, our heater in the room did not work. We notified the front desk, and they checked it out, then moved us to another room. The heater in that room worked, but had some glitches. It had to be set on at least 76 and on high or it was so loud it rattled your brain. Our sleep was not the best, but the employee was very nice, and everything was clean.

Clean room, very helpful staff, large floor space room was definitely spacious and perfect for three of us. Breakfast was very convenient. The view from the back was amazing with the river and overpass really close and the beautiful hills in the distance with the rising sun… lovely! Bathroom could use an update. Very comfortable beds and room temp. Heater was a bit noisy.

The trash that was outside close to the property was unprofessional and disgusting. Even the breakfast "patio" had trash against the fence. I get the wind blows in Wyoming but there was a large amount of trash gathered by the back entrance which would be so easy to pickup and against the fence along the property. This didn't happen overnight by any means. There was dog feces by the backdoor as well which the staff should pickup since the owner of the dog did not. A diaper was on the sidewalk next to the patio fencing. Definitely ruins a first impression as you're walking into the hotel. A DAILY trash pickup should be mandatory around this property. It's not like the wind just starting blowing in Wyoming. We're not quite sure why management would be okay with this unprofessional appearance of a hotel. I watched staff take trash bags from breakfast outside to the dumpster passing large amount of trash by the doors and patio.

Was accused of having our tv to loud by front desk at apx. 8:45pm. We are 70 years old and were did not have the volume turned up. The individual who reported this also slammed their door shut shortly before the clerk contacted us. That's pretty much ruined our stay. And we won't stay there again.
