Each Technician has completed additional training from the ISSA and ARCSI.\n\nTHE SPACE: Jurny’s Coastal Breeze units bring in the freshness of the sea and the easy, seaside vibe of Miami. Each elegant beige-and-blue apartment offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, an attractive and homey living area perfect for family or friends, a modern writing desk so you can mix in some business with pleasure, and all the space you'll want for an airy, relaxing sanctuary in the ever-busy Ocean Drive. This unit is fully furnished and well-appointed with smart locks, and thermostat and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, stocked with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, cookware, dishes, coffee, and tea.\n\nTHE AREA: We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself. You can reach us through your booking conversation thread, or you can speak to our 24/7 Guest Experience Department.\n \n\nTHINGS TO NOTE:\nOCCUPANCY: This unit allows 4 overnight guests (up to 6 total with fee/host’s approval). Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 6 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.\n\nAIR MATTRESS: Upon request and for a fee, we provide a cozy high quality 22 inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only an air mattress confirmed at time of reservation is guaranteed.\n\nARKING: There is no parking on the premises, however there is meter parking in the area as well as paid parking lots.\n\nGATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Miami to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict "No Party"; policy.\nQUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.\n\nSMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.\n\nCHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.\n\nSECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
