The rooms were not as described online. The carpeting in the entire building was dirty and loose, a trip hazard. Housekeeping necer vacuumed the halls. Wallpaper was dirty and peeling.

Parking lot in dark. Breakfast was terrible (poor / extremely limited selection), crowed with very limited seating and food preparation area were not clean including floor. Overall the hotel was extremely dirty (exterior, interior common area and room). Carpet surfaces in the entire hotel was dirty and damp. Beddings and the mattress were stained with who knows what, extremely dirty (I have pictures to proof). Shortage of towel (room was booked for 4 and there was only 3 sets of towels available). Bathroom sink did not drain well at all (sitting water the whole time while washing my hands). Shower drain was also not working (sitting water) from the start of my shower until the end. Mold was visible in bathroom and surrounding baseboard. Roll away extra bed was dirty, mattress was extremely thin, enough to where you can feel every spring from the metal frame below. Definitely NOT a 3 or even 2.5 star hotel. I've stayed at better motels and or even campsite (KOA cabin).

The sheets were used, public hairs and arm hairs throughout, dry urine on the toilet seat. The sheets under the thin sheets were old and stained with the mattress having menstrual stains. Disgusting. Had to ask for new sheets and put them on myself.

Upon arriving, I knew that there was going to be an issue. I saw the windows to the accommodations and they seem to be all dirty and unkept. And walking into the lobby there were two homeless people at the lobby entrance. While I was checking in, one of the homeless people came into the lobby and read it. The reception is my name and continue forward. When we got to the room, the room was open because it would not close completely. The room smell the hallways were dirty. The bed was sagging. All the pictures on this website do not describe the actual condition of the hotel. We went back downstairs and told the receptionist that we could not stay there because it was horrible. Even in a no smoking facility, the reception area smelled like smoke. He stated that he could not cancel the reservation and I would have to take it up with a third-party vendor. The third-party vendor tried to call the reception area and the number would not work. The receptionist told me that there was no other number available that he could call. Very unhelpful, dilapidated building and horrible experience.
