The house look like it hasn’t been used for more than a week before we arrive, there was a lot of trash on the trash bins, there wasn’t any extra toilet paper on the property , the main shower was broken and a lot of stuff was not working like the coffee machine and I send an email to the manager to heat up the pool, but no response back.

Big house with 4 big rooms

The property was not ready upon my arrival, talked to a very friendly person named Ashley and she asked to make sure to here on time but she never came, I was let in by the workers the pool was dirty and I couldn’t figure out how to heat it, most of the lights didn’t work and one of the 2 showers doesn’t have a nob it’s just completely open so we were not able to use the shower the house is unsafe and I am disappointed we looked forward to using the pool this house is a total lie! You will have a better experience at a casino!

This house was a blessing to us due to we went camping without knowing the weather was really hot for us coming from CA. We really like the house, it is a beautiful house.

Large home but outdated

The house was large enough for the family but there were issues with it. shower had broken knob so it was unusable, sheets in one bed had sand, sofa was dirty/old, tvs were tiny, and the home did not feel thoroughly clean.

Not the best stay

Upon arrival we found dirty dishes in the dish washer, a load of sheets in the washer and dryer and a leaking fridge. The trash out side was over flowing and had not been dumped prior to stay. One shower has stripped bolts and is really hard to turn on the other shower doesn’t drain well. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the whole house no dish soap and no inside trashcan or even trash bags. I had to purchase dish soap trash bags and toilet paper. You would think at a place like this that you were booking,it would have all the basic necessities needed for your stay it dose not. Also the dryer does not work well so be prepared to have to dry your stuff multiple times. The couch is really old and it’s pretty dirty. When I messaged the host a few times about our concerns she didn’t get back to me till the following day. The fridge was leaking so bad it got all over our food that we had to rig it to make do with what we had. I will say the bedrooms are OK the AC runs and we did enjoy our time at the pool. The pool what is the best part about the whole stay. I’m not one to bash a place but these are all valid facts everything I have listed is true. I definitely think the property owner needs to take a couple thousand dollars and do some upgrades.

Don't waste your money! TRUST ME! TERRIBLE HOUSEđŸ€ź

This house was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DEAD ROACHES ON THE COUNTER TOP! FIRST OFF, ASHLEY IS A WITCHđŸ€Ź she's bad for business. Our check in was pushed back and hour, there were no dry towels AT ALL! The dryer doesn't work, had to restart it a minimum of 8 times, still had wet towels. The shower in the bathroom water handle doesn't work unless you have pliers. Back yard was dirty dirty. AND TO TOP IT OFF THERE ARE RESIDENTS IN THE BASEMENT OF THE HOUSE THAT THEY DONT TELL YOU ABOUT UNTIL YOU GET THERE! AND THERE'S NO PRIVACY ASHLEY WHOSE A TERRIBLE HOST, DROVE BY EVERY 2 HOURS SPYING ON US AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE OF LOUD MUSIC AND LITERALLY CANCELED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE SHE KNEW I COULDN'T GET A REFIND...ITS NOT WORTH IT AT! Joshua you might want someone else to host your homes before ASHLEY run you out of businessđŸ€·đŸŸâ€â™€

Awesome experience at this home!

Myself and the family had an awesome time as a family here, everything was around this home like Walmart literally across the street. Only thing was we can hear the airplanes at night and a lot of the stuff in the house is old, other than that it was an awesome experience. I will definitely rent this place out again!

The house was a little dirty.the host Ashley was not a good host.

When our party first arrived we noticed the furniture was really wore down & outdated.the patio door handle just has 2 nails stuck in the holes which every time you open to go out you would have to stick the nails back in the holes. To come in from patio door you have to stick your finger in the little hole or grab 1 of the nails to open the door. Had no handle on outside of patio door. Patio door has not been cleaned in months. Patio furniture was filthy ass well as the pool. Was unable to go swimming in the pool due to the pigeons hanging around by pool ledge & bird bathing in the Jacuzzi part of the pool. There are five palm trees hanging over the pool the dry pieces of the palm tree would fall into the pool. Due to the pigeons hanging around the pool area and taking baths in the side of the pool there were pigeon feathers as well. Called the host to asked her where the handle is to the pool cleaner she said she would be by shortly to drop off A new pool cleaner. Well that never happened she never showed up. When everyone was getting ready to get dressed to hang out at the strip we noticed the bathroom in one of the rooms was not working. I called Ashley the host and mentioned it to her she said she will send out a plumber the next morning. The plumber never showed up. I messaged her back and asked her when the plumber was coming she told me not until Monday. Which was our checkout date. So nine people had to share one bathroom plus shower. I also asked her why is there tenants staying downstairs in the basement. She replied that it states in the description that there are tenants that live on the property. Which is not stated in the description. Dishes in the cabinets were very Dusty. Headboards we’re dusty as well. Patio furniture were as well dirty and dusty. The property states that the house sleeps 12 people. It literally only sleeps eight. Each room has only one bed host said they were all king size beds but they weren’t. So therefore it would be two people Per bedroom. When I mentioned it to my host she said three people can sleep on the couch. The couch was very old and needs to be replaced
